  Nice very well taken care off holiday resort with nice pitches (a bit close together however), nice pool recreation area and a very nice and well equipes kitchen area. Within walking distance to the beach and a small shopping center.

  Great caravan park! Has everything you need in one place. Its truly condo camping though as your neighbours are a stone throw away, and coming from Canada that’s a major adjustment when it comes to camping. The pool area was recently renovated too, and a great place for kids to play around.

  Management are nothing but rude disgusting and just out right dogs! Rooms are dank and filthy and nothing like advertised. No kitchenette. Cockroaches every where. Ammenities block was dirty and unhygienic NO HOT WATER either. Wouldn't let my dog stay here. I paid for 2 nights and packed up and left the next morning after having words with management in which the police were involved. No refund either. Rip off merchants!!!!

  Facilities lovely and clean. Not very welcoming for visitors no parking except along the road. Very secure. Had to pay for stay prior to going would not accept a deposit and pay on arrival and not a very busy time of year. Pool wasn't heated thought it would have been with cooler weather.

  Worst place we have ever stayed - AVOID!! Having stayed at "Holiday Parks" all over Australia with our children, and having backpacked all over the world.... we can quite honestly say this is THE WORST place we have ever stayed, and this is reflected in the low vacancy rates of the place for a weekend in February. We were put in a cabin directly opposite the male toilet/shower block which is lit up with huge fluorescent lights all night long, and shines directly into the cabin, despite the blinds which are inadequate. We got NO sleep the first night due to the light shining directly in, so went to reception when it opened to ask if we could please be moved to a different cabin (as there were many many other vacant cabins available). The woman (Anna) on reception was beyond rude and has no concept of the term "customer service". She basically laughed in our face and said we were making it up and refused to move us as she said she didn't want to arrange for the room to be cleaned, and that no one else had ever had a problem (despite there being evidence, of which I have photographs, of previous guests having tried to tape the blinds down to help alleviate the problem). We were a young family who were clearly exhausted and distressed but no help was given - all our requests to move rooms were refused, our requests to speak to the manager directly ourselves were refused, our requests for a refund of the remaining night to go somewhere else were refused. When we said we would post a review on here to let others know of the problem, she merely laughed and said she would post a reply saying that we were making it up..... This whole experience of no sleep and appalling staff behaviour has ruined my children's birthday holiday and left us devastated. I am writing this review in the hope that it stops other families from having such a negative experience. Holiday money for special family time is hard earned and time together is precious...... there are hundreds of other similar priced accommodation options on the Gold Coast who understand this and offer fabulous customer service to their GUESTS - we recommend you stay away from Nobby Beach Holiday Village!! (Photograpic evidence of all of the above is available and can be provided upon request) On a side note - exposed electrical wires hanging out of a wall in the kitchen is also not ok!!
