::I would not suggest going to this clinic at all. We booked an appointment for 5 pm, the receptionist failed to let our doc know we were here and the doc left for the day (all this happening in a span of 5 minutes) The receptionist made me fill out a tablet which ended up getting erased for some reason after which I was asked to fill out a paper form. After 45 minutes of waiting and asking the receptionist how much longer, I was told that the doctor who was to see me left for the day as she thought I had not come in. So 45 minutes for the receptionist to even inform me about this. Followed by going to the next GP who was on site, I specifically told the receptionist the reason for my visit, to which she assured me this new doctor was a specialist and would be able to help. This doctor was a literal quack, he basically told me what I had already read on google, no recommendations, no course of action, nothing. After which I was charged the fee of 80$ and told I could make my Medicare claim by myself. Don't know how they are still running.

::This centre is fine if you need a same-day appointment. I’ve had great service from Dr Koh several times. Overall the centre is below average, especially the reception staff and the Clinical Labs staff. Not very child friendly. If you have mobility issues or need to take a pram there is a large step from the waiting room to the doctors’ rooms.

::I have just seen Dr Keith in this clinic. The dr service was really suck! This Indian DR Reply my question is really perfunctory and ignore my request during I see him. But as I know other dr will not be like this! The whole part I seen him just not enough 5 mins! At the end I just found out because he wanted to off on time!i was really really piss off yesterday! Don’t go to this clinic to see Dr Indian Keith! He is so un professional! Even not patient to listen to the patient. What I feel was really rush. Guys!!Don’t waste the money!! 我昨天才看了Dr Keith在這個診所。Dr Keith 服務態度真的很差！這個呀叉醫生回答我的問題很敷衍還有不理會我的要求。其他診所醫生是會的。看醫生整個過程5分鐘也不到。最後我才知道他趕著下班！我真的很生氣！大家不要去這間診所看這個呀叉醫生。他真的很不專業！最基本對病人耐性都沒有！我只是感到成個過程好急。大家不要浪費金錢！

::(My first visit) It was good place to have quick appointment. Their rate doesn't change The GP that I met was more fact based recommendation rather than professional experienced opinion based recommendation. She was kind and nice. If you need quick and same day visit would recommend.

::They gave me same day appointment, so that was fantastic. I had appointment at 11:50 am and saw the doctor at about 12:20. The skin check took 2 mins. They say it could be hormonal, but no further tests required. I would have preferred them to suggest a solution or to do further tests, to see if their assumption is right. If I do have a hormonal imbalance I would need to solve it! but nothing was suggested... charged $70. There is a "self check out" machine to pay whilst you go out... The receptionist was proactive and helped me with my payment.
