  always outstanding service and so friendly. Jenny the owner is such a gorgeous person and will do anything for her clients to make them happy. My sister, friends and now me all got our wedding dresses from nouveau Riche and it has been an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend checking them out! We love Jenny!

  Was shoving dresses in my face that I hated and was telling me they were the ones I was asking for, it wasn't even close to what I was asking for and she was so rude about it, everything we suggested was wrong and she made it very clear. Won't be going back there

  I began the hunt for my wedding dress at Nouveau Riche and seriously regret my decision. The owner could not have been less helpful and her attitude was incredibly rude. She offered no guidance on picking a dress and instead laughed at my wedding date, complained that I hadn't booked an appointment (there is no business website AT ALL and their FB page does not specify the need to book an appointment - other reviewers had expressed happiness at being able to 'walk in' and try on dresses), and invaded my personal space many times. In one instance, she attempted to pull a dress back over my head and left my chest exposed with the dressing room curtain pulled open. She had not told me she was going to do this; she just walked into the change room, said "too small" and yanked it over me. She embarrassed and belittled me in front of other customers and staff. Completely unprofessional and just downright cruel. I hope the owner reads this review and adjusts her attitude in the future. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be an exciting time, but this was a horrific experience that I hope was an unfortunate once-off.

  This was the first store I went into on my dress hunt. I found my dress thanks to the staff, it was the first one I tried on! But when I was offered a $500 discount from another store I asked the owner Jenny if she would price match and she very rudely refused. She was pushy and rude about me purchasing my dress from then onwards so I bought my dress $500 cheaper from a way better store only an hour away. The owner lost herself $2000 with her bad manners and her rude unprofessional comments on the facebook page show her true colors. Wouldn't recommend coming here
