Overpriced, terrible service, cold food, direct theft (didn’t serve all my guests food and didn’t provide soft drinks which they advised it would be unlimited, instead they charge ALL my guests for their soft drink orders). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME. I booked a table for 24 people to celebrate my birthday. I was asked to pay for half of the attendees to confirm booking and the other half on the night. I was promised $65 per person would cover: Lebanese banquet, unlimited mezza, grilled skewered and unlimited soft drinks. We arrived on the night, paid for the other half and were seated. My guests were so incredibly disappointed, no soft drinks or water at the table. Dinner was served cold and not enough for the 28 humans who turned up. Water at the bar was empty and to get it refilled we had to wait 30mins each time. To buy alcohol or soft drinks (which are meant to be provided on unlimited basis) or to even get a staff members attention it took literally 30mins each time. I told the bar staff that it’s my birthday thinking I wouldn’t have to wait long and they said just give us two minutes .. two minutes turned into eternity. Many of my guests who weren’t served dinner left immediately and those who stayed had to wait forever to get a drink. I raised this on the night with staff however they did not seem to care and kept telling me that they are booked out and busy There was zero management of bookings and walk ins. The place was over filled with people and they kept allowing more in non stop. You couldn’t walk two centimetres without getting nuged or bumping someone. I messaged management with my complaint on their number, awaiting their response.

We pre-booked a table of 6 for this venue as we wanted to try something new for a farewell party. What an absolute disappointment. First, our booking was pre-paid for 6 guests and with an option for 2 additional guests to attend and we were advised to just pay cash on the night should the additional 2 guests attend. On arrival; we waited 10 mins at the door to be seated. When they saw we had 8 guests they added 2 chairs to the already set table and decided that we don't need additional plates, glasses or cutlery. But it just kept getting worse from here. No extra food was placed on the table; only a bill for 2 guests to pay. At this stage I was very annoyed. Before paying the bill we demanded the extra food and cutlery. Sadly; they didn't add any of the main-meals they simply brought out more mezza dishes which we were advised were available on an unlimited basis. So we paid for 2 extra guests to sit on the edge of a table with no cutlery and no main meal. It kept going down-hill from there. The singer / entertainer seemed out of control. Walking up to girls singing vulgar songs quoting they are sl×ts in his words. We took it lightly however we saw the faces of some of the women turn. There are much better ways to have fun than to call everyone sl×ts. We purchased tickets to a Lebanese night club thinking we would be hearing Arabic songs and tunes. Just after 10pm they start playing R&B and randomly cut the songs mid-way to play another. We believe they were playing music direct from YouTube yet our paid fee was to also cover Entertainment. I've been to dance party's; nightclubs and raves. Really did not expect to see people taking "off their heads" at a venue that offers sit-down food and entertainment. Our final decision to leave came just before midnight when the music was going and everyone was trying to have some fun. Then half way through a song they cut the music and started with happy birthdays. Goodness; there were possibly 10+ Birthday guests and every one of them was to get a birthday song played as the cake came out. All in all dont expect anything amazing here. Food was ok but scarce. We paid for guests to watch us eat. We paid for arabic music and entertainment to get called-names and then hear english music from a really bad DJ. The bar staff were friendly but that is not enough to make your night memorable. Unfortunately the only memory we have of this place is very negative and we will never return.

We purchase tickets to a Saturday night event weeks in advance. Then they call us a days before and tell us our tickets have been cancelled out somebody bought out the whole place for that night. They can't do that? Reputation 0. Customer service down the drain, they're not even friendly. Good luck trying to get a smile from them. Overall I won't go back there in the future. The owner can suck a fat one.

Probably one of worst sahras i have been to. They charge for tap water...which to my knowledge is illegal. I attended a family members birthday here ...they forgot to bring the cake out till i had to prompt them. Then the staff said it was our fault for not reminding them. By this time 80% of our guests left. No plates or cutlery or napkins or knife to cut the cake. We ended up not eating it at all. All in all too expensive for poor service, very little food and ridiculous 'live' (supposedly) music. (Most prerecorded and played on a keyboard) Not to mention illegally charging for plain old , luke warm tap water.
