  Last Wednesday I tried to get an important document scanned and emailed through to me that I needed for a deadline - The staff scanned it and said was sent. I never received the file. I called back on Wednesday afternoon, multiple times on Thursday, and Friday, to which every time I was told the email was in the sent box and I should have received it, but the staff would send it again and i would need to call back in 10 minutes If I didn't receive the files. This occurred 5 times and I called back every single one to get the same response I called AGAIN on Saturday spoke to the same girl I spoke to originally who said it has continued bouncing back because of a fault of my email server not being able to take the size capacity... I asked her to zip the file and try again... which apparently still did not work. I run a business and have never had this issue with receiving large file types of any kind. The whole situation was extremely frustrating for something that was a very simple task. The end result was being told to come back into the and scan it again and I feel the entire customer service experience was over looked and ignored. Won't be returning.

  I popped in here today to look for some nice folders to put my research in. Lots of different looking patterns and a few styles. Very friendly sales staff always and actually I have been here before for passport photos as well. I like it. They have furniture too!

  Officework always been very easy place with helpfull staff. But today got really disappointed with customer service. I went to print my doc but guy in printing area simply said he is too busy doing other important job and cant do simple printing job which shocked me at the same time i went to the guy standing on middle he pass me to other lady saying he can't move from there and the lady simply show me toward self printing machine and ask me to do , ... Its a long story.. Overall , worse experience .... hope not happen again coz there is no other option for stationery things.

  You can find a wide variety of stationary in office works. I find positive being able to do self printing of photos and documents. However, the fact of serviced printing being more expensive than self-service does not make any sense to me. Friendly customer service and trading hours

  Fast, efficient and friendly service for getting a document printed out from a memory stick, and at a competitive price. Word of caution to those who want to supply their own paper stock: Officeworks will only do it if (1) it is a brand they sell in-store, and (2) the paper is suitable for laser printers. I can certainly understand the second reason, but the first seems a bit precious. What difference should it make to them whether or not it's a brand they happen to sell, so long as the paper is compatible with their machines? Is that a faint whiff of profit motive I can smell in there?
