  Great people try to help but very slow on the printing side I think you guys need some more staff

  overall it is a great store, my favourite location to go to when in need of prints, stationary or photos. however, sometimes printers are running slow or don‘t work at all. had to spend nearly 5 hours at the store the other day to get my pictures and prints for work/university/personal the same day. luckily they are open until midnight.. they have friendly staff as well! but also don‘t know about their current online offers but I guess that changes too quickly to remember

  Poor customer service and don't know about the promotion that Officeworks offer. Even the manager is not friendly at all and not helpful. Officeworks Head Office should really consider to change the management if they seriously want more customers to come here.

  Went here around 9.30pm yesterday 8/3/18, and on my way out I got greeted by one of the staff members, unfortunately, I didnt catch his name (slander, blond, with glasses guy). He asked me how was my visit, and I said bad because I can't get the stuff that I wanted. To my surprise, he said "Good" and walk away... I was so surprise with the answer, Officeworks certainly need to train their staffs on how to treat their customer better!

  Booked my mobile for collection at Officeworks Alexandria The staff who did booking was friendly and efficient However, they just missed to inform me about my package arrival After two days I went in evening around 6 pm to inquire. Initial response, it haven't arrived but they just checked and it was there Meanwhile I was waiting near counter for confirmation of package, the entrance staff directed me to move away, for no valid reason and they too without any request words. Make me felt embarrassed but couldn't figure out why I was asked to move
