  After Cockburn Officeworks not being able to sell a desk they had on the floor for another three months, I was assured that the same desk was at Cannington. Two in stock there. Drove to Cannington only to wait around for 15 minutes to be told that they can only find the base. Get your act together Officeworks.

  After spending 10 mins waiting first in line for 2 employees to stop yelling at a customer in unison, I then finally get served and they tell me too many files and they are too busy so I'll have to wait. What was even more annoying was watching one of them send jokes over their headset presumably making fun at the customer. Really unprofessional and frustrating

  My online photo click and collect order went to this branch instead of the Jandakot store (my fault). Peta at the store kindly offered to personally drop them off at the Jandakot branch to save me driving all the way to Cannington. Brilliant customer service!!!

  Familiar with layout of store. The friendly hello when you walk in always makes for a good shopping experience.

  Usually damnd good. But today they were flat out because of back to school rush. Still, I got what I wanted, and they were still helpful.
