  Had a very bad experience booking the conference room. Its great that they have a free facility that everyone can use. However, when I called and booked the room, I was told it was booked under my name and the time from and to were clearly mentioned. However, on the day, right in the middle of the meeting we were very rudely asked to leave as there was no booking in my name apparently. While I understand that it is a free service, it does not give the manager or the other party who HAD APPARENTLY booked, any right to usher us out of the room in an extremely offensive way. There were 10 of us who had set up a projector and had paperwork that had to be collected, so it took us a few minutes to gather our things, all the while being told repeatedly, "You need to leave, you need to leave." The manager did apologise and offer the Cannington store boardroom, but the disruption and the subsequent attitude of staff and other customers was extremely unpleasant. Sunday 25/2 (2-3.30 pm)

  Horrible experience with printing pictures. Useless and lazy staff today that have no idea about customer service and how to do their job. Got no assistance when photos were not being read from the usb, got asked to sort it out ourseleves. Apparently officeworks has no spare usbs. Also, 100 pictures was said to take 2 hours and we were the only printing job at the time. Went to cannington officeworks straight afterwards. and got it done in 15min through counter service. Staff was fantastic and actually do their jobs. Never again going to shop at East Vic Park Officeworks. (Shame as I was a regular customer)

  Officeworks has a good range of electronic equipment & accessories for the home or work office with competitive prices. Sometimes they can have good specials as well.

  Nice in-store staff. DON'T HAVE YOUR PASSPORTS PHOTOS TAKEN HERE! Tried twice & both times these were rejected by the passport office. Staff obviously aren't trained correctly. Added 2 weeks to my passport application. Go straight to the post office. 😆

  2nd visit following poor advice on the1st. Spent a lot of time looking as there seemed to be no-one around to ask. Finally came across someone and although he did help he seemed disinterested or pushed for time. More floor staff would be good. Cashier was good.
