  Terrible manned service. Self-serve printing service is not sufficient to do some printing task, lined up to the counter to print only half the job and was told to wait if i need more printing done as they were busy. Won't come back anymore

  Great customer service. Our new printer had some faults while still under warranty and Officeworks exchanged it for an upgraded version without any fuss or additional cost. Staff at the photocopying and poster printing are fast and friendly. We'd go back any time.

  Office Works is always my first stop if I am looking for stationary. Not the cheapest place always but certainly very competitive pricing and often is the cheapest. And has everything too. I quite often print photos and A0 size posters - and the image quality is excellent. Their turnaround time is reliable as well and often less than 24 hours! And the staff have always been very helpful as well and knowledgeable whenever I have interacted with them.

  Seriously sort out your printing staff. I usually go in at the most quite times and whilst I can see 8 staff only one can help. I wouldn't even call it help. I am treated like an absolute burden after waiting for 20 minutes with someone in front of me. I am more than happy to use self service as the service I get from those machines is better than the staff. Having someone greeting you at the door and having facepaint doesn't create return customers, having polite staff that know what they are doing and are capable of helping out on the mostly unused registers when it is busy do.
