  Back in late March 2018 I had to get passport sized photos for a job and one of the staff members (I forgot her name, but she was Asian) and she was the most helpful and friendliest staff member. All the staff that were working were actually all very helpful and friendly but she went above and beyond.

  I’ve always found it easy to easy to get printing done in Melbourne officeworks stores. Not this time.

  Incredibly poor customer service. Was attempting to use the self-service printing machines... Spent approximately 35 minutes attempting different methods to print the document. Upon realisation it was not going to work, sort the assistance of an employee, who referred us back to the machine and shrugged our asks for help away.

  I have been a great fan of Officeworks and used to refer my friends there as an IT person, whenever any of my friends needed to buy electronic devices, but this ended today! I have been to the Hunter Street Officeworks branch to collect my order, a Mini Ipad, and realized that there is a price match and beat thing Officeworks advertises. I had just realized that there was a cheaper one after placing my order with Officeworks, and called the customer service and they said it would be ok , what I need to do is to mention that during the pick up. When I got to the branch, I was told by "Kamrun" I think his name was, that he needs to call the customer service to verify, I also showed him the ad, it took him almost 30 mins just to call somewhere, in meantime I had another order and wanted to collect it, he was so rude and abrupt, told me "what can I do, you have to wait" I felt so uneasy, I went to the counter and collected the other order. I heard Kamrun speaking to the customer service, arguing that he can't do the price match, he said "it would be easier for you to do that" I think the customer service was asking him to refund, I was so frustrated that I took my ipad and just left... Sorry Officeworks, no more referral or shopping with you... I will make sure all of my friends are aware of this!!!

  Asked for a online passport photo to be taken...keyword ONLINE. After 3 attempts to take the photo, turns out the staff were unable to email me the photo. Why bother wasting my time if you knew you were unable to send me the photo for an online passport application. Staff were somewhat helpful. The manager obviously couldn't care less. Very disappointed in the hunter st branch probably the worst. Staff needs to be retrained in customer services.
