::Just got off the phone to my mother who had a very upsetting time at your store. She went there to print pages from her phone & had very poor service by a lady whom I'm not going to name for privacy reasons. My mum isn't tech savvy & needed help emailing them to the store computer. The lady was very blunt & rude and she did not want to help at all. Seriously annoyed. I think this person needs better customer service skills.
