  Visiting Officeworks this evening was a great experience. I'm probably what you call computer illiterate, so upon walking in need I say I was a bit nervous. But I walked in trying to look confident bcoz I figured everyone will think I DO know what I'm doing. It wasn't long before it was clear I wasn't what I seemed lol. The staff there were so helpful and went above and beyond when it came to dealing with me 😉 So if you're like me and not very confident at anything technical, Officeworks in Deakin Ave is the place to go. I want to say a big thankyou to Isabel, Jarred and Isabelle for all there help. They were very pleasant and easy to approach. Nothing seemed to be too much for them. They went as far as leaving late to make sure I was happy with my choices. I wish more people were like them. Well done guys and thankyou again. I will definitely be back again.   Office works mildura is an excellent facility to have in our town. The staff are prompt, and ensure your needs are met.

  Fed up with Price match policy: Went to Mildura store on 5 Feb to buy Logitech K400 plus keyboard. Actual price is $68 but The Good Guys selling for $49 as special. Office works denied price match with some fake reasons. I then ordered through The Good Guys online store and choose pick up option.

  I've experienced staff going above and beyond to help me at this store several times. Looking out the back for items I wanted that were not on the shelf, accommodating a small child's needs, professional help at the print shop - I appreciate their customer service and helpful attitude.
