  Good quality photo prints. They use fujifilm paper which is decent in quality.

  To print a excel work in A3 size , took more than 25 minutes to print, and keep printing the wrong thing. After she show me the review of printing on excel my document did fit in on one pages, but when the document came out from the printer it just print the wrong thing. Then that should be your printer problem, so I suggest you guys to change a printer.And she ask me to edit the file, and I bring my Mac into the store and change andshow her, and she straight up saying “im not a Mac user” . And saying we should change another software. Maybe you guys need to change your printer I think.

  Don't bother going here for passport photos ! I tried 4 days ago only to find out they are in the middle of a refit (fair enough) so said come back next week, been back today and nothing has changed, there is still a table in the way of the screen so they can't get far enough away to take a picture. Here's an idea "why don't you move the table". Instead of saying oh we'll give it a go when you know it isn't going to work. Don't waste my time ! Fine if you just want to grab something off the shelf so long as you're not in a hurry, carpark and Portrush Road are a nightmare around there.

  Absolute horrendous service at the print desk. One staff member in particular made me feel so uncomfortable, there was two lines and she asked who was next. I wasn’t sure if it was me or the other customer in the other line. The staff member then said ‘I guess no one wants to be served today’ in a very rude and huffy way. When she served me I felt as though she couldn’t be bothered helping me and didn’t have the patience to help me either. I ended up needing to line up again and thankfully was served by a very helpful younger staff member. I spent almost $200 on what I needed printed but felt my money would have been better spent elsewhere. Don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

  Extremely busy site when it comes to carpark, and shop. It has gotten busy the last couple of years. Have purchased various things, toner, laminator, router/midem, pens, etc. The staff are great, know the product, can order if they don't have it. Photo developing area in shop also. Never had to use. But always busy. If you keep you keep your receipts, if faulty this should shop is easy to deal with. Faulty modem on the 23 month, on a 24 month warranty. Just do all the checks before going to them. Left with a better modem and some loose change. Only annoyance was it felt compact in the laptop and desk area . There is no one specially assigned in the laptop/computer area to assist. When you know spec wise but want shop service to separate the non relevant to possibles. Why I bought my laptop from Harvey Normans instead. Payment options easy. Cash/credit card/etc.
