  Ordered a desk, advised via email of delayed delivery. Received email to tell me desk was available for pick up. When I went to pick up desk I was told only the frame had been delivered. Rang the 1300 number to enquire when to expect the desk top and was advised the desk top was in the store ready to be picked up. It was there when I was there earlier. I rang the store to make sure it was there and was advised the desk top hadn't arrived yet. I told the staff member that I had been told that the desk top was available. I asked if this could be checked please. Was put through to another staff member who told me yes the desk top was in. Another trip over to the store. My first experience with Office Works, possibly my last.

  Love Officeworks at Warners Bay. Staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you . They are so polite & cheery . It's a pleasurable experience to visit the store.

  Walked through the store and was asked 3 times by various staff if I needed assistance. I think that's impressive these days!

  First bad experience here but I won't be coming back. Print staff were a little incompetent, which you'd excuse to some degree, but combine that with rude and arrogant and it's hard to find a reason to return.
