  Staff are not at all helpful, and incredibly blunt. Don't waste your time, plenty of better alternatives around.

  I usually buy my bike stuff online, firstly because of price and secondly because of the range of choice. However Omega Cycleworks is very different from most other bike shops locally. Kevin gave me expert advice and took the time to make sure I was happy with what I bought. He has a good range of quality bikes, components and accessories in stock and is willing to take you through the pros and cons on the stuff you might want to buy impulsively. He advised me on Scott Cadence Plus helmet and I must say this was the best advice and I'm totally happy with the purchase. What was even more amazing is that his price was far cheaper than anyone online! Thanks Kevin, i will definitely be bring my bike to you for a service and visit Omega more often.

  The team was so helpful in getting a FSA power meter for me overnight delivery from supplier. Very happy.

  I took my bike in today to fix a tricky gear problem and Ian was fantastic. Great knowledge and he took the time to explain all the details and to then sort it properly so everything was perfect. He went beyond what was required and obviously has a real passion for cycling and customer service. I'll be back supporting this great local business.

  Will never buy another bike off them again. Real friendly when you look at buying a bike but after that your on your own. One free bike service and after that your on your own. Found out that other places give you services for life. Bike they sold me was to small too. Next bike I buy will be from Steads cycles at Beresfield.
