  The service is always great here, with large range available in products. Onsite they have approx 6 -8 petrol pumps, plus air machine out front for your tyre pressure. In shop anything, fruit juice, milk drinks, soft drink, energy drinks to soups, savoury meats, dig/cat food, chips, magazines, phone recharge, and more. Front countee, hot food, pies/pasties. Cigarettes and coffee also. Something for all your vices. Seating in shop also if you want to literally stop for a bite. Also toilet on site. Great all around. At some point hoping the EFTPOS terminals are updated as sometimes timeout. Just annoying quirk but any OTR site suffers this issue.

  Oporto service is ridiculously long considering the tiny volume of customers that come through. OTR is like any other petrol station with mediocre service.

  No good service at Friday night and Saturday night the man with long hair is so rude to every one wash room is aslo close to wash hand and this the first otr patrol station with bad service in all Australia

  This has to be the slowest drive-through anywhere. On two occasions now, around 9am on a weekday, I have waited over 10 minutes to be served the food I ordered, and this morning I was given the wrong food order. I had already driven off when I realised, and did not have time to go back because it had already taken so long. Will not be taking my money there again. The woman serving said "Sorry I am the only one on duty" but at the same time spent ages playing with the till before she even opened the window to talk to me.
