  Rudest staff member I've ever come across. Female, dark hair. Witnessed the most deplorable service and attitude towards a custmer in front of me. The OTR staff member's attitude and demeanor was disgusting, and that was in addition to how she actually spoke to the customer. I thought OTR had better employment screening, I guess there's always one that slips through.
