He stayed back for half an hour after work closed on a Saturday to provide tools, fix nut sizing and make sure we could finish the job. What an amazing experience of local kindness. Toby made our camping weekend a success.

He made no effort to find out my needs, spoke over the top of me, dismissed my attempts to clarify, contradicted the information online on his own website and quoted an exorbitant amount for the job. His quote, $750, I got the job done elsewhere for $120.
