  Save your money. Bought the Brazilian groupon (clearly states Brazilian in the title) to be told I had to have a Hollywood if on groupon or it was an extra $15?! They only mentioned this once I’d already undressed - don’t really like being accosted and arguing without my pants on!! Ended up getting a Brazilian but she was very slap dash, unfriendly and did not leave a symmetrical shape. Hated being made to feel so uncomfortable when it was their mistake not mine. Bad service. Avoid.

  Booked and paid for deep tissue massage for 1hr for two people. Called up to tell them that there were unexpected road work and traffic was delaying and ask if they could reschedule us. Was advice to do half an hour now and other half at 4pm. But that was not the case they denied that offer and was told they never said that. Staff hardly understand English when request only massage neck and shoulder that what we requested original in our booking. We paid for an hour mass massage and got half an hour, the massage were below average and the service was terrible . Will not recommend to anyone.

  I would give this 0 stars if I could because of the really poor customer service, I had a hard time relaxing in this space (I have been to other massage places and had no problems). The girl was extremely rude to me and told me she couldn't keep going messaging me, making me even more embarrassed and tensed up. I will never go to this place ever again because of this unprofessional behaviour and horrible attitude.

  They used to be good but their quality has gone down a lot. I don't believe their new masseuse are qualified. It's more of a rub down than an actual massage. One of them was doing reception work whilst massaging my wife. My room wasn't even cleaned when I arrived. I booked an hour massage and it went for 45 mins.

  We didn't have high standards but this was awful. They were good with my feet and neck, but everything else was done carelessly and without getting every area. They did the neck and shoulders a little bit but my back probably saw 3 minutes of attention within the entire hour! I get a sore lower back so when they got to this area I tell them "be really hard here" and point to the area. They do get a bit harder but only go over the area for half a minute. I was waiting for them to go back to that spot (they were jumping between different spots a lot more than other massage shops), and then suddenly my hour was up! When I asked "what about my lower back?" they told me I would have to pay for more time or tell them to focus on that area next time. Terrible service - if I pay for a whole body massage I shouldn't have to tell you that I want you to massage my back! And if I tell you to go harder in that area, obviously it's an area that's important! Avoid this place. Do we we did and go one floor down to George Wu's Chinese Medicine and Massage, much better massage and service! Or just pick any of the other 20 massage shops in the same shopping mall, they can't be worse than this.
