  I can't speak highly enough about the team here. Michele was fantastic from the get go but the whole team was awesome. They provided secure packing for the movement of my personal effects from Brisbane to interstate and an antique clock to Canberra. And they accommodated for controlled time window deliveries in different cities many days apart. Someone came to my house and packed up all my stuff securely and drove away - the day after I called them for urgent moving help. The team communicated through follow up status reports and there was absolutely no problem at any stage. I actually couldn't believe how they so easily solved all my moving problems! Totally took the stress out for me, which is EXACTLY what you need when you're moving cities.

  We required urgent movement of a laptop from Brisbane to Alice Springs over Easter! After a quick phone call Pack & Send were on the job. They were helpful and were always communicating. The laptop arrived on time and in perfect condition. Great customer service and outstanding result. Will use again. Thank you

  Ebay's "pickup only" is no longer a problem: get Pack and Send to pick it up, package it safely, and deliver it to where ever you want. The guys in Pack & Send's Brisbane Store were professional, fast, and helpful with pick up and delivery of a bathroom sink that I purchased via Ebay "pickup only" in Sydney, and delivered to Brisbane within a couple of days. Thanks Guys!!

  Very helpful service. Staff rang to check my order when they weren't sure of details, and kept me updated on the progress of my package's delivery. I would definitely use them again.
