  Having recently organised the sending of 2 large boxes from Wonthaggi to Geelong, I was distraught at having to cancel the order (thje very same day), Chris from Pack and Send was so kind and thoughtful, going out of his way to make the cancellation a smooth process; while James ensured a full refund of the monies I'd paid. I highly recommend Pack & Send for reasonable pricing, understanding and efficient staff and great customer service. I will be using them again soon for a glass case to come from Qld to Vic.

  James and his team at the Geelong PACK & SEND branch are fantastic, one phone call and one visit, all it took to send a small parcel to Sri Lanka. It took just over three days door to door. Very prompt and efficient service Thanks Team.

  I had several large boxes of documents, photos and the like which were the result of a clear out of a family home, and had to be sent to Sydney. The team at Pack & Send were great - helpful advice about how to pack so as to minimize the charge (which I though was very reasonable), the packages were delivered (Geelong to Sydney) the very next day, and when (due to my error!) the street number for the receiver turned out to be incorrect they chased this up with several phone calls and arranged for the re-delivery. I couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely be using them again!

  My husband and I appreciated the great service we received after we sent our box and art folder to Queensland's Magnetic Island. We and had the goods sent back in perfect condition, so promptly on our return. Thank you.
