  Highly recommended. When another freight company would not deliver my package, 'Pack and Send Mackay' persisted, and despite difficulties and a frustrating company they had to deal with, they got my package delivered. A 'can do' attitude rarely seen these days. Sincere thanks Jenny. 6 Stars!

  I would like to thank Jenny and all the staff at Mackay pack & send and also the WA office for the help with the prompt and safe delivery of my parcel. The service and understanding on my situation from Jenny was gratefully appreciated. The time frame and cost of having my parcel picked up, packed and delivered to me was a surprise as it arrived so quickly and had been packed as safe and securely as promised. This was all done for me for less than half the price of what i had been told to expect from another company. i would highly recommend Jenny and pack and send not only because of the promptness of service but the understanding and kindness i have received from them.   Great service with Pack & Send Mackay! Friendly staff and very helpful. They helped me understand how my freight was going to be packed and also sent. It even arrived quicker than expected! Definitely will be telling friends and family about this wonderful business.
