  After living and working as an expat in Melbourne I had to send some stuff home by boat. Pack&Send gave prompt and clear information, could supply basic packing material and could even make custom made packagng for my guitar. Delivery time estimate to the port of Rotterdam was conservative (so it even arrived earlier that expected ;-) and there were no surprises as Pack&Send informed me about the customs and handling costs to be expected at the destination. And the shipment arrived in perfect condition, no damages whatsoever. All in all: good job by Pack&Send, thanks for that!

  I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. From Kai on the customer service desk, to the gentleman who picked up my item for freight, the whole experience was absolutely amazing!   Thank you to Kai for despatch of a coffee table to our son in Canada. Always available for phone enquiries. Documentation promptly by email. Door-to-Door to Calgary within a few days. So much easier than we anticipated.

  I used Pack and send South Melbourne to send some of my stored items from Melbourne to Brisbane last week. Before I arrived in Melbourne I contacted Kai who provided me a rough quotation. When I dropped all my items unpacked to the South Melbourne depot I was not sure how the items will be packed in a secure way. When I received the items they were throughly packed by Kai and his staff and got delivered in a timely manner. I found Kai to be very accommodative and willing to help. Kai knows how to please a customer. Thank you Kai for helping me.
