  Sent my Gretsch off to it's new owner on the morning of Easter Tuesday 2018. Staff were extremely helpful and imbued full confidence in me that the goods would be handled professionally and with due care and respect. Very happy customer!!

  Excellent service from Carolynne, very friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen to my needs and kept me updated via email. The courier (Shane) was also great - called me when he was 20 mins away and very friendly also. I would (and have already) recommend Pack & Send Spring Hill to anyone requiring this service.
