Fantastic quick, efficient service from St Kilda Pack and Send. A pleasure to deal with. My item was picked up and delivered within 24 hours of contact, unlike another Pack and Send who has still not contacted me with a quote more than a week after contacting them.

We are moving to Bali and we have some personal items that mean a lot to us. Level of service that Michelle has provided both in advise and responsiveness as been highly invaluable. A professional and making our job and decision easy when guided through the process. Thank you Michelle, I would not hesitate to recommend pack and send... and particularly Michelle.

Michelle Ramsey of Pack & Send St Kilda was a godsend when I had to ship a dozen cartons of personal belongings back to Singapore recently. She stayed open late to wait for me (I was stuck in a traffic jam due to the Melbourne Grand Prix), and in a gesture that blew me away, offered to come in early the next day to receive one last carton I had run out of time to pack. Very few companies or individuals go so far out of their way to help a customer; Michelle's initiative and action gave me an option where I had none left, and allowed me to tie up loose ends before dashing off to the airport to catch my flight home. Michelle – I've told all my friends about you, and wish you good karma for the rest of 2017. Thank you very much!

really just crap all-round! i tried to send 3 surfboards from here to Brisbane, i rang up explained all the size and weight. i was given a quote of 180. so i went ahead and got them to come pick the boards up. i then went out of town for 2 weeks and my girlfriend had to dell with them being absolutely useless. they weren't happy with my packing of the boards that were in a board bag. so the now wanted $430 to put it in a box and send it. i said no thanks send it back please. witch they did after saying they would drop it off and not turn up. finely got it back after 2 weeks with them trying to charge me $115 for a 30km round. it only ended up costing me $70......... for nothing really
