::Trying to organize an item to be shipped from the other side of Australia is not an easy thing when you have had someone else drop the bulky item there. Then find out it is bigger than than what it was meant to be pushing up the quoted cost etc. Despite the inconvenience that must of caused them, they worked hard and bent over backwards to help me, giving me a better rate for the larger than expected item as well as storing it until I could sort it out.
