The owner is a Chinese medical practitioner called Paul Ma. When he's there, the business runs really well with good customer service where diagnostic decisions are made and a suitable course of massage and acupuncture applied. Unfortunately, Paul now spends all of his time at home in China: he knows the business location will pull in new and off-the-street customers. . This place has gone down hill rapidly: they advertise acupuncture .but there is none available: you can only choose from a standard menu of massages, there's nothing diagnostic or even negotiable. Currently, the staff are all Thai people whose English is poor and they only offer Thai-style massage. I've never seen the same staff twice there: they are a floating and drifting population. I saw one staff member reading her iPhone while she was supposedly massaging a face down client.
