::More of 4.5 stars. Itβs a beautiful hotel in the over the top opulent way, but starting to show its age. Carpets starting to fray a bit and the pool area looking a bit dingy in areas. Beautiful lobby. Well appointed rooms. Great bed and itβs dead quiet in the rooms with heavy curtains blocking out any outside light. Nice turndown service with chocolates on the pillow and aromatherapy oils burning. Beautiful tiled bathrooms. Water a bit slow going down the sink though. The staff are lovely and friendly. Some of servers at the bar look a bit confused sometimes though and some drinks have been missed. The bar has lovely cocktails with music and entertainment to enjoy in the evening. The high tea is delicious and quite filling. The spa is lovely. The massage itself is average. Breakfast is nice with a wide selection.

::The hotel is absolutely amazing. Service, quality, food and facilities are all top notch. Some people complain about wear and tear or bad service but they're just stupid. This place is a must stay at least once in your life.

::By far the fanciest place iv ever stayed. The entrance is amazing with its chandelier and the rolls Royce in the drive way. Rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Pool area (private beach) is a great addition and full gym area is awesome not to mention the day spa! Absolutely amazing. Highly recommended. Oh and it has a whole room for pooping! Like a whole room the size of my entire bathroom!

::I don't know where to start... The room was amazing and very homely, the beds were amazing. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time. The food there is amazing, we ate at another hotel the night before and it topped it without trying. Similar dishes but so much tastier. I was on crutches with various fractures but found it easy enough to get around and staff only to helpful.

::Beautiful room and bathroom. Lovely staff. Too noisy outside to open the balcony doors which was a pity because the weather was perfect. The pool area is great with comfortable daybeds a lots of shade. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous and delicious.
