Very disappointing far from what it was like a few years ago. Cheap imitation choc sauce is so foul, as is the maple "flavoured" syrup. Such a big shame when your business is selling the main product which is pancakes and have these imitation ingredients. ( They sell the proper maple syrup, just don't provide it with their pancakes ) The pancakes themselves are great tasting but its just the nasty sauces that bring it from 5 stars to 1 star. Also the eat drink perth festival they're taken part in was never mentioned at ordering time and we discovered the sign hidden at the back of the restaurant. Such a big let down our whole experience here wasn't as we hoped. - Family of 4

Great food, atmosphere and service. Best place to get pancakes, crepes in Perth

Has really gone downhill. A simple crepe is rubbery and barely cooked at the same time. I have tried their choc pancakes, banana pancakes, nachos and lemon delight and all of it is just soggy, stale and bland. Such a shame, they used to be so good. Someone somewhere is trying to save money and just running the place into the ground instead.

The pancakes don't taste fresh. It tastes like the mix is pre-made. If you made your pancake mixes from scratch, I'd definitely be back and more fresh fruit instead of syrups would be delicious too! My kids were bouncing off the walls from whatever they ate. (which was a shared meal between 3 - so they didn't have much). I'd like to come back but the food quality doesn't really match the cost prices. (Plus filtered water would be nice, you can taste the chlorine in the water) The booths take up so much room, I was told by security that I couldn't park my double pram outside the shop so it I had to sit it in the entrance isle. The staff had to move it a couple of times when patrons came in and out. I felt like such a nuisance. Also please repeat orders back to customers! (save costs for yourselves)
