  I came into the store to purchase a bangle for my partner, pandora is something I know nothing about and the staff were very helpful and did not make me feel stupid and explained what I needed to get a clasp and stoppers and charms ect. It is a very small shop and they had plenty of staff on so much so that there was people stepping over each other. It was Christmas time so lines were out the door. I would hope that customer service would not taper off with normal shopping periods vs peak periods.

  This store is so friendly and helpful compared to other stores. The staff (especially Georgina) have been quick to serve and willing to suggest ideas, being patient with a smile.
