  Rough rushed, lack of care and rubbish equipment. The place in Wynyard much better than this place. Stay away

  Rubbish. Waited 30 minutes before being seen, nails were all filed unevenly and on an angle (i.e. one side way higher than the other), when I pointed it out, the girl kept on filing the shorter side down. I ended up using the nail file myself to tidy up, but right before she painted she filed them again! Paint job itself was rushed, then was kicked out of my seat within a minute of it being finished, despite pointing out how unhappy I was. Was then asked to wait for it to dry so they could try and fix it - no seats free so just had to stand around (without a fan either). Then another woman came over and proceeded to file the nails down, only to ruin the paint job! After trying (and failing) to convince me it looked fine (it didn't), she put another top coat on them all. Didn't cover the botched paint job. She ended up redoing three of the nails, but only put two coats on (rather than 3, which was on the others). When I expressed how unhappy I still was, was told "oh well, she tried her best". Um, what? This is literally what you do for a living! Anyways. Came back to work and my co-worker said she forgot to warn me not to go there. Apparently their lack of skill is well known.

  Rough, rush and rude staff, not paying attention to details and over charges you for small things. Massage chair is not working either, don’t go there.
