::With the sudden death of our fur baby. I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to take care of our little 'Monty'. From the moment they picked him up I felt at ease knowing he was in such great hands. The team at Pet Angel were incredibly understanding and compassionate during such a difficult time. We were lucky enough to be able to say one last goodbye to our baby in the remembrance room and he was presented beautifully and that has helped me remember our little man looking peaceful and not in pain. ::I cannot thank Pet Angel enough for their amazing service and quick turn around. I lost my beautiful 2.5yr old puppy Indiana on the 21/4/18 due to a long battle with auto immune disease. We said as a family we would prefer for Indi to make the call when she was ready and she tragically decided to go in my arms suddenly and unexpectedly last saturday morning. Nicole from Pet Angel was amazing to work with, they collected indi from our pet emergency in stafford in Brisbane and called me as soon as they returned to their office with her. Nicole called me to check in and i found her vey compassionate with what i went through less then 12 hours prior. We chose the personalised individual cremation and we have been so impressed we will be using this company when our next two pups leave us. Thank you to eddy for waiting at home and allowing me to rush home and be there when indi arrived. You have made this emotional heartache easier and i am thankful for the quick turn around to return her home and had a public holiday in the middle. Thank you again Pet Angel.

::Highly recommended... The other day we made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog Jake (17+ years) and Pet Angels from the first phone call were warm, compassionate, caring, and above all they treated Jake with tremendous dignity. They picked him up from our home and dropped him back off with us, with a paw print, some of his fur, a lovely glass angel ornament and Jake's ashes in a lovely scatter box with his name engraved on the front. The loss of a pet is never easy, but Pet Angels made this process a lot easier.
