  Relocated from Balcatta Rd to Erindale road. Good pet store with a huge range of stock, friendly staff and DIY dog wash facilities. Recommended to become a member which is a free sign-up to get an immediate 10 - 15% discount on all stock.

  We have become a member here prices are good and great discounts if you are a member. Also they have free dog walking facilities which is awesome. Just bring your pooch, shampoo and towel and you are set to go😊. Definately recommend them. 😊

  DO NOT BUY FISH FROM THIS STORE OR ANY PET CITY STORE. I will not set foot or spend another dollar in this store after the appalling care of the fish in this shop. Four tanks of goldfish gasping for oxygen and laying on the bottom dying, 5-10 each tank, they had no air bubbles or water circulation in the tanks. It made me feel sick looking at these poor animals trying to get oxygen. Other tanks were full of white spot and sunken bellies. Disgraceful animal care.

  Wonderful place full of cheerful cherubs and happy animals. Very friendly and informative staff especially the manager ;) Would highly recommend this store to all the people of Perth! They all deserve a pay rise!! Only issue is they don't do a sausage sizzle!!!!!

  Really friendly service and allows you to interact with most of the animals. Has good quality pet supplies but disappointingly are not always that honest about where some of the animals come from. This is the only downside. Love the fact that they have many pet options and supplies to fit each one.
