  purchased a light and got home and it did not work, so i called them and they said they had no stock till next week. My plants will dye by then so i had to go get another bulb and called the shop who said i could get a refund. Drove back in and they will not refund despite recipt and having sold me a faulty product !!! abused me and kept my money., hung up on me after screaming at me saying they dont have to refund me, they do not have to do anything. I had called Trent and he had said come back, another 30ks and i will refund you. , yet all i get is abuse and a bit of pap[er. Consumer affairs will sort out thieves like these.Chris the manager should look into consumer rules as they must give me a refund after selling a faulty product and you would think he should no this. He said he will not give me a refund because he does not have to do anything. what a tool

  A small store with limited variety of stock, but it;s never busy and it's easy to get a park. Kinda out-of-the-way, so you need to make a dedicated trip to come here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices can be expensive, particularly compared to chain stores, but that's to be expected. Stocks some items that I haven't found anywhere else. A good store overall.

  These guys are so very generous sharing their extensive knowledge... thanks guys. They also make fresh natural dog food ... and our dogs love it. This is the only place to go for all of your pet needs... even had the right advice for chooks!
