  One person that works here is just rude. Doesn't even acknowledge me or look at me when I come in with my spouse. She only talks to and acknowledges him and he isn't even the paying customer. Wouldn't shop here again.

  Fave of all the petbarns, champion staff super helpful and won’t hesitate carry the big stuff to your car

  Huge selection of everything! The good thing about this pet barn is that it used to be The Pet Barn: which was privately owned. I am glad to see that the same staff are here, all happy and treated well and that it is different in products and service to other pet barns.

  Best petbarn I've been to so far. Has lots of fish, birds and reptiles. Would have loved one of those lizards.

  Justin, thank you for being an amazing caring human! You’re are a great leader for your team at Nerang! It shows as your staff are equally amazing and you can see that it filters through from the top. You went above and beyond for our little boy today and I can’t thank you enough!
