  Friendly, knowledgeable staff able to explain the huge range of pet products. Excellent customer service including carrying larger purchases to the car. Excellent range of cat foods and very competitive pricing.

  the service is great and very friendly. big range of products with lots of specials. you can join the loyalty program to get discounts which is worthwhile. easy parking too.

  Visited the store yesterday. Aaron was amazing. So patient with my 3 girls talking about the fish. Such a lovely informative man. The girls left commenting on how incredibly nice he was. We have been there three times and we all commented that he was the nicest.
