  Bought some tyres for my Harley from them with free fitting included. I made an appointment for 10am, brought the wheels in (off the bike) and they made me wait 2.5+ hours and I had to keep moving the car so I didn't get a ticket. The best part is yet to come. Because I've got spoke wheels, I needed tubes (understandable) and got slugged $110.00 for the two where they should have cost no more than $20.00 each! I would rather negotiate with a terrorist than deal with them again.

  Daniel in bike sales did a good job but on three occasions he was embarrassed to find there were no demo models for me to try out. Triumph make good bikes, and I bought one anyway, but only after trying my mate's because there were no demo bikes available. It's brave to expect a buyer to commit thousands of dollars after looking at a brochure and briefly sitting on a bike in the showroom. Nathan in equipment sales is a good bloke who helps you choose but then he actually has stuff for you to try out. If you had bikes to try out you would sell a lot more...give it a try. My Tiger 800 XRX is just fantastic.
