::All birds look very sickly in the shop. We bought two finches that looked healthier than the rest but they both started getting symptoms of a disease and died within a week.

::Pets to Pamper have been the go to pet shop for my family and I for the last few years. They have great people working there, who know their products and animals. Brian, who keeps lots of snakes, is very informative on everything. The rest of the staff are amazing, leaving me satisfied everytime I leave.

::My family has used the services of this business for 3 years now. Over those years the staff there have helped us learn to care for our turtles, our fishtanks, our lizards, and now our new baby cockatiel. I have a child who is an avid lover of unusual animals and this shop and it's staff are part of his life. We have always found the advice given to us to be helpful, knowledgable, and genuine. I highly recommend the this shop and it's staff for ongoing, specialist assistance in the care of all pets, but especially fish, reptiles, and birds.

::I would just like to say the staff we have at pets to pamper in Cairns are extremely cheerful, helpful, kind and very knowledgeable, I would like to point out two reviews on this site are nothing but lies, Two reviews from a Daniel McDonald and Carlee Douglas are from fake sites, Which means they hold no ground, What is the point of putting up nothing but lies from fake sites, The three ladies we have a pets to pamper in Cairns are wonderful. They go out of their way to help people and pass extremely sound information, And believe me they know what they are talking about ,And they always act in a caring friendly manner. How anyone can say otherwise or for what reason and from fake sites is beyond me, So I can say DO NOT take any notice of these fake sites. We as staff at this shop have received nothing but praise from customers and customers always comment on the cleanliness of the shop, Like I said if you don!t have the guts to make these rubbish and untruths on a real site, Then your comments are totally hollow and mean nothing
