::Professional and caring from start to finish. They are a local family business, embedded in the community of Newcastle and the Hunter and it shows. Their sincerity is genuine and compassionate but they remain organised and professional from the moment you ring them to the time you say goodbye. We were very pleased with the presentation of the program brochure and with how they brought life to some very old black and whites for the pictorial montage of my Mum's life. Our celebrant ran the show without a hitch; again getting that delicate balance of professionalism and compassion just right. The onus was very much on accepting our loss but at the same time celebrating a diverse life of perseverance, humour and spontaneity. Mum would definitely have put Pettigrew's on her Christmas card list.
