::My children and I have been with Phoenix Health for the past 2 years, having being with another well known Fund Bupa. Phoenix are just wonderful! There App lets you lodge your claim and the next morning, you receive your Claim payment. If ever you have a query, they are there to answer the phone promptly and they have the answer. There premiums are less than the big players and their Limits so much better too. Thank you Phoenix Health : )

::We have been members for a few years now and we cannot fault Phoenix at all. They are always quick to answer the phone when you call and everyone has always been helpful. Our claims have always been paid promptly when done manually and we haven't had anyone knock the back as a provider. What's covered in our package suits us and our needs perfectly!
