  An excellent physio and pilates studio! I was searching for a good place to do pilates and Therapia was recommended to me by a friend. After a few consultations, Mukul (physiotherapist) identified the weaker areas in my body and started me on a personalised pilates program. Within months, I noticed a difference in my strength, stability and posture, and there were day-to-day movements I previously struggled with that I can now do with ease. After my positive experience, I recommended Therapia to my mother. Mukul and his staff have helped her with the rehabilitation of her torn shoulder muscles and frozen shoulder, as well as pilates. The Therapia staff are professional, friendly, highly knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommended!

  I have been attending the Therapia Clinic for the past 2 years and I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the professional care that I have received. I wished I had found it earlier!   I have attended Therapia for about the last 6 months. I have found the pilates and other exercise regime (which was chosen specifically for me by Mukul) to be excellent in assisting my recovery from surgery. I have also found yoga classes to be very helpful. Therapia is equipped with good quality and well maintained equipment; its premises are modern and stylish and contribute to the pleasant atmosphere of the practice. I recommend Therapia very highly.

  Therapia is a wonderful physio and pilates studio in Adelaide. I first came to see a physio with an injury ten years ago and have been doing weekly pilates classes ever since. The studio is a lovely calming place and whenever you have a slight 'niggle' or serious problem Mukul has an answer and helps you fix it and get better. Highly recommend.

  I first saw Mukul for reoccurring shoulder pain caused by poor posture and tense muscles. I am an Occupational Therapist and would try to adjust my workstation and environment but it wasn't enough. He recommended equipment Pilates which is an individualised program used in a small group setting. I wasn't sure if it would help but I gave it a go and now 7 months down the track I'm not experiencing any shoulder pain, my posture has improved and I have greater body awareness. The exercise is gentle and was graded up as I improved. For the first 3 months I did it twice a week and then went down to once a week. It's made all the difference to my quality of life and I definitely recommend it as a long term solution to pain management.
