Couldn't find the door to enter as there appeared to be two, both shut, one blocked by a big statue of something, so was walking backward and forward to find a way in. Staff were amused when I finally entered, immediately making me feel uncomfortable. They kept looking me up and down which I was aware of but ignored. Could not understand the young man taking our order, had to keep saying "sorry what did you say?" Ordered takeaway. I carried it from the store to my car (across the road) and when I opened the box there was only half of the pizza covered in topping. The other half was just a milky like texture with a tiny bit of colour, if you could call it that, that quite honestly was so revolting it looked like watered down blood plasma. The worst pizza I have ever seen, had in my life. Thought maybe the lack of translation in my dealing with the cashier meant I'd received a half and half pizza of different denominations. I was going to take it back before I realised the base was so watery and milky that the side of the pizza that was missing had slid onto the other side of the pizza. This, despite me carrying it upright, without moving it too much. What I saw was just a mass, lump, of store bought, manufactured ham that you would buy in a plastic container for sandwiches, not chopped, a soggy, milky substance for the cheese and small chunks of pineapple on top. Had a small piece and no taste apart from the ham which I had to smell for freshness before I tried. Quite honestly I would never go back to this store, nor recommend it.

To begin with, service was a bit snobby throughout. No sure if it's a racism issue or just bad service.. Secondly the salumi platter was overpriced more than Voss bottled water. It said 'cured meats' and only came with three meats which came straight out of the sale section of the Coles deli. The platter only came with black olives that I saw being rinsed under water. Is that a thing? The delicious oily brine that they should be served in was gone. To make it even worse, one of the olives had a bite taken out of it, I could see the teeth marks. The cheese on the board was just a bowl of mozerella that they use on their pizzas. Moving on, the middle of both pizzas (Margarita and Lamb) were both soggy therefore not being able to hold without all the condiments sliding off. The tomato base of the Margarita was extremely bland. It claims 'Napoli' sauce, but it tasted like tomato blended with water. The Lamb was decent, however suffered the soggy problem. A waiter took my plate away as I was eating the last slice of pizza. I was holding a slice with no plate, leaving crumbs everywhere and to make it worse, I couldn't even finish it so I had to leave the unfinished slice in the middle of our table on my used serviette. Iwas asked on multiple occasions if everything was okay. For the service and quality, you're better off getting 4 pizzas from dominos for the price of one pizza here.

Amazing pizza. Friendly staff, and we saw that the eat in pizzas were a good size, bit we ordered take away and the pizza was tiny... If it was bigger 5 🌟. But otherwise definately fantastic pizza, and a nice place, music and all the little details that count. Also service was a while but they were busy...
