  We have rented for the past two years through Place Estate Agents, Oxford Street. The team have been amazing from Susan Heseltine who listed our two properties through to Layla and Chantelle in the property office. Nothing ever a hassle and our issues always fixed promptly. I'd recommend either listing or renting your property through this agency!!

  I personally Not recommend I moved out of the property but haven't got my bond back Until two months when I called RTA they said they haven't received anything from place real-estate . Slow management process, no communication and worse real-estate agent even though they have fancy office and good looking staff members. TotalLy disappointed !!!!

  Place has a very professional and friendly team. They were always very responsive to correspondence and made everything clear and transparent. Their emails contained all the relevant information to make my life a lot easier. They were always uninvasive and respectful of my privacy. They always sent contractors out promptly in the event of any issues that occurred. As someone who has dealt with a few different agencies over the past years as a tenant, I can honestly say that Place is easily the best company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

  The Property Management Team at Place has been great to deal with. Regardless of who is looking after the rental property someone has always taken the time to help out and get things, especially maintenance, done, in a timely fashion. Definitely worth chatting to Lisa if your a looking to rent your investment property out.

  We rented a $600 a week property through these guys for 3 years. When we left the lease they weren't happy with the level of exit clean. They then proceeded to use a cleaning company called "just clean it" (which i'm pretty sure they own) and charge $550 for a handful of jobs like "wiping down kitchen bench". Following this they would not lodge the bond return application until the cleaning bill was paid. During the 3 years they would not return our calls or emails. When we wanted to arrange the end of our lease we had to call 6 separate times to get the agent. As a home owner and tenant I would not recommend these guys to either party.
