  I have just finished shopping around for new bike and the choice came down to the very professional, friendly service provided by Matty. I could not believe the amount of time and care taken, and I witnessed the same care given to other clients while waiting in the store. I could have purchased the bike cheaper elsewhere, but the level of service was at no comparison. Keep up the fantastic standards as this is how a bike shop should be.

  Excellent customer service. Joe went above and beyond to help us choose the right bike for our daughter and adjust it to suit her. The rest of the staff at Planet Cycles are helpful and friendly too. I’d very highly recommend them.

  Taken my bike in twice here in a matter of weeks. Firstly, I was not called to let me know my bike had been fixed on the first service. Secondly, when I took it back to have work done on the same issue, which they said could be done on the spot (I was in a rush and had to leave). So I returned a week later to find out my bike had not even been fixed and I had to wait around for 45 minutes. The gears on my bike make a rattling noise now when I ride and when I spin the chain backwards it does not even move properly. Finally, my brakes have been adjusted so that I can not go down steep hills anymore! I don't even know if it is worth my time to go back and try and have it fixed again, might put my money elsewhere.

  Seems like most people are happy with the service here, personally, I wouldn't go back, I had a salesperson try and pass off an unboxed older model OEM item as a newer version of the retail product. Had to then waste time contacting them & Specialised and returning the item for exchange. Salesperson still tried to justify his dodgy sale after all that, despite Specialised saying it should never have happened.
