::$300 skirt wrecked - black material faded and drip marks that weren't there prior. Suit trousers returned not cleaned with a tag attached saying to the effect of "this didn't pass our QA but we returned them to not delay you, please return to us for reprocessing"... What's the point in giving dirty trousers back to me on time? Took them back to be properly cleaned, returned again no better. Was only dirty from a spilt drink, not an ink stain or similar. Get what you pay for...

::Trustworthy dry cleaning with excellent customer service and amazing prices compared to others. I am thrilled with the outcome of my coat that was handed in covered in flour and sugar syrup. I will not be going anywhere else.

::I dropped in a pair of off-white wide leg pants which had a couple of coffee stains and some black marks on the hem line of each leg due to the fabric touching the floor. I did not have high hopes for the removal of these stains but thought I'd give it a shot. I went to collect them and there were still some signs of the stains, they told me this was the best they could do with a normal treatment, but they could do a more intense treatment on them which involved a risk of the colour changing - standard procedure and you have to sign the little form. I signed the form and got them to do the treatment because I felt it would be worth the risk. I picked up the pants a few days later and they were crisp white! Not a mark on them. Turns out I actually always wished that they were crisp white rather than off-white, so I'm VERY happy, it's like my dream pants have just appeared and I've said good-bye to a pair that I was kinda luke-warm towards. Great service, they're super professional, no-nonsense explanation of the risks involved with the extra treatment. I'm very happy with the result and will definitely go back.
