The Polly Coffee Bar is situated in The James Street Mall overlooking stunning views of the Art Gallery and Perth Skyline.... It's always busy... even for a small coffee shop... You can sit here & enjoy your cuppa & snacks.... The staff are always bubbly and extremely helpful and polite... What a great place to work at... It's completely shaded and private.... Very popular with The WA Police Service....!! You can also access the Free Wifi in James Street Mall....

::If you're looking for an excuse to people watch in the culture centre, Polly is the place to go. Situated smack-bang in the middle of things, you have more than enough to keep you entertained - otherwise it's perfect to bring a book, or to browse the wonderful curios on their shelves. The downside is: the coffee could always be stronger, and the $7 minimum on card forces you to buy one of their overpriced cakes/sandwiches.
