  Not a very friendly welcome by the reception staff. Unsmiling and abrupt. The groundsman was friendly and helpful when i was trying to find my site which like nearly all other sites had a concrete pad and a patch of freshly mown grass. The sites are excellent, all levelled even though the park is on a hill. The power, taps and drains were well placed next to the van, no stretching the hose or power cord. Only two washing machines and one dryer in the laundry and bent hills hoists to hang the washing on.. The ladies showers had two of six cubicles that were not working. The bathrooms could use a bit of an update. Fantastic views over Boston Bay with a beach, jetty and boat ramp. There is a fish cleaning table well away from the van sites. Onsite cabins are also available. A nice clean place to stay.

  These guys are first class. We were traveling through and had a hot water issue in the van. Rang them up one afternoon, they had a new thermostat in the van by 10 o'clock the next morning.

  Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff, easy parking, Free Suspension, Anode Check and Free Coffee whilst waiting what more could you ask for.

  Excellent and friendly service. I had a hitch issue that required attention. All resolved within the day including a visit to our site. Thanks. The store is one of the best stocked I have seen. Highly recommended.
