  A mediocre rating for mediocre service, staff need to learn how to speak to clients without useing the words UM - AH and YEAH, bloody irritating to listen to, and by the way, STOP calling everyone GUYS, we are not guys, go look in a dictionary and see what that word means, you are not doing yourselves any favours

  Pretty helpful info, but were a bit fixed in their ideas about what could be achieved in a day.

  We absolutely loved the fish tasting tour. Visited the two quilt shops in the town. Would love to visit again. What a credit to the town. The shuttle bus service is fantastic!

  Very informative and busy information centre. The ladies on the counter weer very helpful and nice. Here, you can book accommodation, buy souvenirs, plan your visit and more.

  Lots of local souvenirs available as well as Australiana things too. Tours can be booked and arranged there. Staff are very helpful but can be a little bit over helpful at times. Browsing sometimes was a bit of a challenge as constant interruptions by staff offering assistance was a bit over the top, especially as there were only two staff working. All in all a good place. Have been there many times and will keep going back
