  I can certainly recommend Pride Plumbing and Gas. Their staff were prompt, courteous and efficient. I am very pleased with the work they completed for me and their very competitive pricing. Being a local family run company they understand the importance of good customer service.

  Liam and Lyndon did a fantastic job after a bit of a hiccup at the start. Lyndon in particular went the extra mile to ensure that the repair was better than original installation. Leak detection by Glen was first rate. Hire charges for standard tools that one would expect a Plumber or Gas Fitter to have as part of the tools of their trade (Veiga Gun, Compressor and Wet Saw) seems a bit much, although the rate was reasonable. Overall labor charges are quite reasonable as well. Whilst there is no call out fee as such, the first half hour is charged at ~ 3 times the normal hourly rate, so you do end up paying a "call out fee" of approximately $100. Overall rating of 4 stars and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

  They turned up on time as promised to install my gas heater and exterior flue. The workers were very polite, friendly and respectful. The 12 foot, 45 degree angle ceiling proved to be a challenging situation for the interior flue installation and a special part had to be manufactured. It also made the exact location of the gas fire quite difficult to determine. The exterior flue location also proved to be difficult as the terrace house situation meant there was no space between my lounge room wall our neighbour’s wall. A bespoke solution had to be provided for the flue so there was no safety hazard or infringement of regulations. Due to the difficulty of the interior and exterior flue installation, the job took longer than expected, but the solution was great and the quality and appearance of the work they did was excellent. We were very pleased with the result. Due to the time needed to overcome the challenges, the final cost was greater than originally quoted, but we negotiated a final payment figure that was fair and agreeable to all. Yes I would recommend Pride Plumbing and Gas, they tried very hard to please us.

  What amazing service! I’ve had a hot water issue for 18month, that 3 other companies couldn’t fix. 1 visit from pride plumbing and its fixed! I’m a single woman and felt I have been ripped off by these other companies, but not with these guy. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Prompt, helpful, understanding, good old fashioned service.
