  Absolutely the worst SNS nails I’ve ever had done. If I could give a zero I would. Totally ruined the shape of my nails, the finish is uneven, not one nail looks good. If I wasn’t so time-poor would go back but I’m guessing their care-factor would be zero. It’s going to take weeks to get my nail shape back to anything decent. AVOID!!!!

  This place used to be quite good, but their attitude changed. I'm actually a good customer there, but they've been getting ruder and bitchier everytime. Not going there anymore.

  Worst experience ever, the woman doing my nails was rude and multiple women working there were bitching about one customer because she wasn't happy with the colour of her toes as they didn't match her fingers. My nails were rough, wonky, lumpy and just outright horrible, i had black nail polish all over my fingers and when i told my nail tech she just told me to scrub it with water. I was in a rush so I just decided that it wasn't even worth arguing with them about how badly they were done but within 10 minutes of leaving one of my nails snapped off. I had to come back to have it fixed which made me late for a job interview I had that afternoon and within 3 days of having them done another 2 had snapped off. When I called to discuss this the staff were rude. Don't waste your time or money.

  I've been getting my nails done for 5 years and this was the worst experience I've ever had! Took them 5-10 minutes to acknowledge me, was then told to have a seat, I waited 30minutes before actually being started, they didn't ask me if the shape was okay, I told her the length I wanted and every nail cut after that was shorter and shorter, they were all different lengths and shapes, I then asked the manager if I could have a couple fixed (which I've never done in my life) and then the ones "fixed" were super thick and wide. I have a cut down the side of my finger from her filing my nail to roughly to the point of bleeding. DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! Will never go back there.
